Hi everyone! I blew it again yesterday. And already today because I ate two eggs with one piece of toast. so for lunch I will have a smoothie with kale and frozen fruit and yogurt and probably almond milk. For dinner I already put the salmon in the fridge to thaw. So I shall have salmon with a small dinner salad. for snack omega three mix or a handful of almonds. I'm not sure if I'm going to the gym today or not. I have been feeling a little under the weather. Love, Caligirl

Hi everyone. I have been blowing it these past couple days. Now I weigh 202. So I am back on track today. I need to use self discipline. I am going to work out at the gym today and eat sparingly and healthfully. Today is May 13th 2017. I hope to be a solid 197 by May 20th. I know that is a lot but I have been at a plateau. Let's see.
Breakfast: Smoothie with kale, frozen fruit, and Pineapple juice.
snack: omega three mix
lunch: small salad with tuna
snack: apple
dinner: turkey burger with vegetables
snack: yogurt
I have a yoga DVD so I might do that too. It's not really for toning or anything. The yoga DVD is to relieve stress.

Hi everyone. Hope all are doing well on their goals. I blew it yesterday and today I weigh 200 lbs. I am beginning fresh again today. here's my menu for today.
breakfast: smoothie with fruit, almond milk, raw oatmeal, and one teaspoon peanut butter.
snack: either trail mix or a small handful of almonds
lunch: 1 slice of wheat bread with tuna
snack: omega three mix
dinner: turkey burger with vegetables
snack: apple
update: I had some carrots with ranch
I did 15 min. of cardio and not much weight training. I have to learn the machines more and get a work out going.
exercise: 15 minutes cardio and some weight training. sauna.
well I did it. I stuck with my healthy eating today. It's 6:44 pm and I am done eating for the day. If I absolutely have to eat something later I shall have either another apple, handful of almonds, or a yogurt.
going to the gym again tomorrow. Plan on doing 10 min. warm up cardio and then hit the machines. Health is my ultra focus right now. Oh Yeah, I am going to try to hold off weighing until next Wed. the 17th. Hopefully by then I will have hit onederland. Love, caligirl

hi everyone. I think today was bittersweet. So here goes. ....
breakfast: kale, pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice smoothie
mid morning snack: flour tortilla with leftover tuna inside
lunch and post workout: vegetables mixed with bite size potatoes
snack: small handful of almonds
dinner: lean cuisine chicken alfredo (yum!)
water, & coffee
1/2 hour cardio on treadmill at the gym.
