There is no food in this house! I just ate the last cereal bar as my breakfast. The only thing left are a couple of frozen Lean Cuisine dinners. I think it's time for a marathon healthy grocery shopping trip. I have to work late tonight, so I'll pick up some healthy snacks to take in for the team as well.

I knew this wouldn't be a week for a loss, but I also know what I need to do to change that. Tracking every day is awesome as long as you're honest. I've decided it's going to be a LONG time before I every have a burger again. Especially a Wendy's burger. Congratulated myself for not getting the fries, but I can't believe how much fat is in a single burger.
There are plenty of other things I like as well if not better. I love seafood, broiled, blackened, baked, raw. I'm a little tired of chicken, but I like that blackened as well, especially in a wrap or on a salad.
Home today, since this weekend is another marathon work through the night Saturday night. And it's Friday night, date night for my hubbie and me. There are plenty of things I can have that I like and still fit into my food plan, so that's not an issue. And I've been getting exercise today, trying to make some modifications on our home network. Untangling cables, moving furniture away from the wall, crawling under desks - that counts as exercise, doesn't it?

Not as dramatic this week, but a loss nevertheless. I've identified several little indiscretions that slowed me down, so this is an ongoing learning process. I am beginning to notice all my slacks are baggy and all my jeans are not quite so tight. I'd like to see a mark below 200, and then I'm going to get at least one decent outfit that fits!

Okay, passed my re-certification exam that studying for has caused me lots of sleep loss and stress. I feel so relieved. I have 1 more re-certifications before August, and two new certifications to do, but I think I'll take a breather for a few days before I start tackling the next one.
I've been doing pretty well on the food. I did decide I wanted something different for lunch Monday and ordered the "short rib mac & cheese" - not very diet friendly. I only ate about a third before I felt full, so I got a box for the rest, put it in the frig at work and there it still sits. I think I'll just toss it today.
Really, seriously, need to start cooking again. Schedule is still crazy, but I've got to find some time to care of ME!

Yeah! Went to the doctor and she was very pleased. 6 lb. loss since I saw her three weeks ago, and my sodium level is back to normal. Two months before I have to see her again. I'm thinking by that time they might have to move the 200 lb. bar down a notch.
