Finally some progress, I got desperate so spent 24 hours not eating anything.
I feel like when I'm gaining or losing weight I always do a lot of whichever one I do. That's a dumb way of saying that I feel like I'm gonna lose quite a bit of weight In a row now lol

Just a random thought, anyone else ever try to stay off this app when losing weight? when I'm on here I see all the nice food everyone is having and it sometimes gives me cravings haha

I was looking at my previous posts and saw that I weighed less this time last year compared to now, I'm annoyed that I erased my last year of progress.
Nothing new to report, I've gone a full week eating more than 2000 calories each day, I keep telling myself that tomorrow it'll be better but my tomorrow isn't coming I guess.
I also think I might have executive dysfunction so I'm reading about that and seeing how I can help myself achieve my long term goals, I struggle with all my goals really.
I'm tired of feeling tired, sad, frustrated and I'm just aiming for one day right now where I don't overeat.

Turns out my weight increase wasn't as much as I first thought, I walked 22 miles over 11 hours yesterday (54000 steps).
I'm going to aim for 1500 calories daily and try to aim for 500 calories specifically for each meal as I struggle with portions, whenever I start eating I can't stop.
Thanks to everyone for their advice, I'm still unsure what to do going forward with my problems but I'm going to atleast try to control my weight, if I lose 3kg per month then in 2 months when I start university again I'll be back down to my lowest weight.

I think food is my coping mechanism, I think a lot about my family problems and how I always feel lonely with no one to talk to. I just binge eat and no amount ever feels enough.
I feel like I'm waiting for someone to help me but I think I'm supposed to just help myself and not expect any help. I don't feel loved, I get daily mood swings, I feel depressed at times and I don't feel I'll ever be good enough for my parents.
My parents don't ever say it out loud but I know that they're disappointed in me because I'm not gonna become a doctor so everything I do just feels pointless, like it doesn't matter if I improve myself I'll just be a bit less of a failure to them.
I just don't ever feel good, I'll try to help myself but we'll see how that works out.
