It's a new day with a different attitude. Today's my day to restart my "ATKINS" program. I know I can do this--Yes, I can! 8-)

I am sorry, but this challenge has been a complete struggle for myself. I have to start over from scratch. Believe me, I do not feel great about this one either. Ugh!

Stress, stress, and more stress! Well, I had a couple of cookies on Thursday and Friday. Actually, I've done more than just eat cookies. It's been very stressful these past two to three months. I've been looking for a new job, since my contract will be ending in December of this year. I've had approximately six to seven interviews in my two month span and each hiring manager has gone with someone else. Ouch!!! I think this last interview I went on really put me over the edge. I'm not sleeping good and I know this week I've exhibited poor eating habits. I gotta get myself back on track. If anyone out there knows of a company that is hiring in Washington state, please let me know. My background consists of web producer, content manager, and project coordination. I've done so much this past six years for different companies. I know its very competitive out there and I'm pretty fortunate to have even received up to six interviews. Well, its Saturday and I am attempting to start my Atkins back up again with scrambled eggs and bacon. ;-)

I have to purchase a new scale! My husband says when he was weighed on the base this past weekend, he was actually 4 lbs lighter. Whoa!! So, you know what this means folks??? I may weigh less than the 146 lbs I currently think I weigh as of today. The only way to know for sure is to the hit the fitness center tomorrow and step on theirs. Wish me luck!!
