welcome to 2016 , gained some extra pounds during the holidays .
looked at the photos and just decided to get back into shape. gained 4 kilos.
i've never weighed 100kg before and thats like the point of no return for me.
so here's to the comeback kid 2016

i joined fatsecrets today , ive been in the gym for at least two weeks now , but discovered that no amount of exercise will let you loose your belly fat unless you have a proper eating plan , i actually am i little upset , cause threw all my years in the gym, this is the reason that i would always drop out of gym , even if i had a personal trainer i wouldn't see any results , except for some muscle gain, but the fat layers would remain ,so i started afresh with gym two weeks ago , no personal trainer just me , doing researcher day after day. and finding out what works for my body. i'm so glad i came across this website. my challenge that i've set out for myself is transformation in ten weeks, from 94kg to 84kg with toned muscles ,if all goes well that i would take it onto another 15 weeks and so , and so , and so.
my calorie intake is 2900 a day ...today was the first time i kept track of what i ate and i was amazed how great this app is. my intake was 2793 calories. which is great ..
