I didn't feel well last weekend and didn't weigh in then, so this is a two week loss.
Hit my next minny goal, which was being below 182.8 lbs, my previously lowest recorded weight in about 20 years. Next one it to be under 180 and down from there lol
I am so excited to seeing me reach my (potential) goal weight in the near future and am trying to ignore the fact that the skin on my problem area is sagging more and more 🙃
Why did I say 'potential' goal weight? I have never been at a normal weight in my life and don't know when I will be at a 'comfortable' number. May it be on the scale or just the way clothes fit...

Finally made it to the 180s 🥳 I am starting to feel much better in my body and I can't wait to see what's ahead of me!
One thing I noticed and don't like at all that my BMs are less regular, but hope that will change again.

Almost at 50 lbs lost and I can slowly see my body changing 💪. I am now almost 2 lbs lighter then the last time I was home and just over 8 lbs away from my lowest adult weight. Also about 100 lbs down from my highest 🤯
For the first time in my 30 year journey of trying to lose weight, I KNOW that I will achieve my goal and can see my future slimmer self. I could never imagine myself at a normal weight and without the excess pounds until recently. It makes a huge difference on how I feel and am willing to keep going! 🚶♀️

Glad I had a good loss again after not losing anything last week. Still working on my mindset regarding my relationship with food and not seeing it as reward, especially knowing that sugar etc will make me feel bad afterwards. Where is the reward in that? lol
I surpassed my goal for this month 🥳. My next goal is to be below 182.8 lbs, which is the lowest weight I can remember being at as an adult (down from almost 300 lbs, highest recorded weight 272.8 lbs in 2014/15)

No loss this week 🤷♀️. Not too happy about it, but I will take it. It is my TOM which leads to some water retention and some snacking, plus I had a bad week pain wise, which led to restless nights and no energy for workouts (got plenty at work though 😊).
Gotta make sure that next week will be a good one and maybe I can hit my next mini goal 🎖
