It's always easier to eat clean at home vs. at work. I prepacked part of the salad for tomorrow. Spring mix, 1/2 a boiled egg, chicken,avocado, tomatoes, light balsamic, Tajin.
I was craving something salty while watching tv last night and totally forgot how much I love edamame in those moments.

losing a bit too quickly, so I'm going to up my calories by 100-200 & check in again on Thursday. Had 2 Friendsgivings yesterday. Didn't eat at the first because we needed to get to the second. The second didn't serve dinner until 8:30pm and by then I was so hungry I was almost nauseated. My level of soreness is finally back down to manageable, so I'll definitely put in a decent workout today.

150 calorie, 6 carb lunch. Turkey lavash wrap. I love Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, Whole Wheat lavash. They are really large, so I cut them in quarters or in half. I used a small amount of cream cheese, then piled it with turkey, spinach, leafy green lettuce, red onion, mustard, salt & pepper.
