I worked out yesterday, but today didn't do much besides a little walking. Work out tomorrow but have to leave ten minutes early, which is a bummer. I can't seem to break the 200 lb mark, and indeed I'm up a couple of pounds (I did drink a beer the other night, though.)
It's peeps season and it's killing me I can't have any. I keep telling myself I need my scuba suit to fit better and then after vacation I can eat something I'm craving.

Today I took a nice long walk in the neighborhood. First day in a long time it hasn't been painfully cold and icy. Veggie soup for breakfast, then tofu and celery for lunch. Tonight, maybe a fish fry (with baked fish!)
So I updated the name of my diet and it no longer shows I lost five pounds - says I haven't lost any! Silly site. I'm proud of those five pounds!
Challenging myself to do exercise every day. Even just a few songs on the radio to dance to, or a walk around the block.

Worked out! I bought a "boot camp" month at local workout place. I get to go 2x per week for four weeks. I like that the routine varies and that they push you a little. If it wasn't so darn cold out I could walk the five blocks to the place but I won't do that until it warms up. Maybe by next week.
I bought a scuba skin and it was so tight I could barely zip it. Last night I tried it on and it's still tight but I could zip it. My boobs are going to be the problem but my belly has gone down some. We are going in the end of April and it should be fitting just fine by then! I also had to dig out my jeans that have been too tight to wear - my wardrobe just expanded because my waistline has shrunk. I should have taken measurements before I started, but I didn't. Clothes are fitting better, that's the important thing.

I think sometimes I write and then forget to hit save. So my journal yesterday disappeared. We had a birthday party - no cake, which is my downfall, thankfully! but it was at a bar, so beer and snacky stuff. Nachos, chips and guac, nothing low calorie. I was just conscious that I would have to write it all down, and so I limited how much I ate and drank.
Tonights dinner was 4 mini tacos, which I am guessing is close to 2 regular tacos. No cheese or sour cream, just meat, corn tortillas and cilantro with pico de gallo.
