I have been on more diets than I can count since I was about 11 years old. I've either starved myself or watched portion sizes, but never really changed the foods I eat - just how much of the garbage I would eat at a time. I wanted to lose the weight before my 30's, but unfortunately I couldn't keep it off. This time I'm trying something new and it's finally working. I can't believe it, but I no longer crave chips and cookies! Those are my biggest downfall. Atkins is amazing and I've never felt better, looked better and stopped thinking about what I'm doing as dieting. This is a WOL and I feel that I can really stick with this and never feel deprived or hungry. Can't wait to make it to my goal... Finally! Every other time I've tried, I could never quite get there. This time is going to be different.
