Hi my name is Anne. I have had a weight problem all my life. I know what foods to eat to loose weight, but the "wrong" foods always taste better. I love bread, potatoes and rice, puddings. I know for my blood group I should stay away from starches but I find it difficult. A year ago I was diagnosed with colon cancer and whilst recovering at home I lost 16 kg with the help of my sister in law who assisted whilst recuperating. I kept the weight down until February this year, I just started eating the wrong foods again. I picked up 8kg of the 16 I lost. I just need to stick to my guns now and do or die. I'm going to our cousins reunion weekend mid June and really would like to look and feel better. Any encouragement is welcome
