Hello! I haven't been here on this site frankly, for a few years. Was shocked at what my beginning weight was back in 09! So glad to see I am still down 20 pounds from that time so back again to work on getting under 150 pounds which is still too heavy but a goal none the same. I do best at keeping my carbs around 100. Seems to work for me. All I need to do is stick to it, lol. My first goal is to get back to 158 lbs which was my lowest last year. Then on to sub 150's I hope!
