yesterday was really hard for me for some reason I just felt like eating junk food but I dident well at least not all I wanted to eat but I did have a dark chocolate almond bar and some potato chips but then I felt so nasty after that I did not even eat dinner. I woke up this morning back to the old me I did my work out and had my shake and brought my dinner for lunch which is a piece of boiled chicken breast and mixed veggies with some brown rice. I have my fruit and I am ready to kick butt again! No way I am giving up this time I am in love with working out and I am in love with eating right and I just feel all around better about myself when I do!
