I've been watching my caloric intake and exercising regularly and it feels GREAT! I just have to keep reminding myself that this is a LIFESTYLE change...and I'm doing this to be healthy...not just to get into skinny jeans or see the scale number drop. It's really tough sometimes, though, to remind myself of that...I'm the typical "want results fast" type of person. But I'm changing my mindset...I must. This website is such a great motivator!!
