saw the dietitian today and was really afraid that there would be a wight gain due to 3 weeks of a great deal of stress and having days my carbs where our of wack. I loss 3# and only 3# to go to my goal I want to loss another 20# if my body will let me loss it (she told me when my body says it is time to stop it will stop losing). I know for 1 month that is not much but under the stress this past few weeks I am so happy for that loss. I want to get out and start walking but they say another 8-10" is snow is coming tonight and tomorrow with 1/2 rain before that. winds will be up to 30 mile per hour our of the north. Oh well spring will get he some time lol.
