definitely need to get motivated. my weight is going up every week and I don't know why! damn getting older. boo!

I know I must be bloated since the body fat on the scale went down a lot while the pounds went up. I've just got to stop this cycle. especially if I want to look like a princess in my wedding dress in March!!!

1033 kkal Lemak: 46,27g | Prot: 107,81g | Karb: 50,76g.   Makan Pagi: tomatoes, Hormel Natural Bacon, 50% Reduced Fat Jalapeno Cheese, Onion, Green Peppers, egg whites. Makan Siang: chicken wings, chicken tenderloin, egg whites, onion, celery, bell peppers, Green cabbage. Makan Malam: sprouted 7 grain bread, 50% reduced fat jalapeno cheddar, egg whites. Camilan/Lainnya: Atkins day break bar. lagi...
