Feeling good. Beat the munchie monster last night with zero cal veggies. I am obsessing with tomorrows weigh-in so it better be ok. Starting to plan on how to cut out some of the sodium. Gonna bbq a bunch of chicken breasts and then cut into proper portions and freeze. Then I can just grab one whenever I need. I usually just open a "flakes of ham/turkey/chicken". They are the right calories but laced with salt, so this choice should help with that. Making changes one by one and am going to do this thing no matter what.

I like your plan, wish I would do that with veggies, cut them up as soon as I get them hope from the store, maybe I would eat more of them. Unfortunately most packaged foods like that are full of sodium. Am so happy that you have a plan for the week, I believe you can do it!!
