Two days till weigh in so am upping the exercise as much as I can and trying to cut some of the sodium from what I eat. My calories are low enough, but my fat content is too high and am getting too much sodium (even though my blood pressure has gone down). It gets tough because I am too lazy to do much more than open a can of something. Body is feeling a lot better so something good is happening. Some of my muscles were actually sore (that good pushed just a little sore) from lifting weights so I know that I am building some muscle. I am going to do all my measurements in the next day or so, so I can track that so that when the scale is not nice, I can hopefully see the results elsewhere.
