I have to keep telling myself it's going good because it does not feel like it is. I am following my RDI 100%, drinking lots of water and have added some squats, weight lifting and extra standing/walking. I weighed myself today (it's not my weekly weigh-in so I didn't log it), but I show a gain. Very, very frustrating. So I just drank another swig of water and will keep the faith that by friday I will show a loss. I know my clothes are looser, so maybe I am gaining some muscle back. I have to remember that every squat is lifting 400 pounds so some muscle must growing. I could only do 10-15 squats at a time when I started and can now do 30+ so I am getting stronger.

You're doing great. It's a good thing that you are gaining muscle, because it will help you burn fat better. Unfortunately, muscle weighs a little more than fat. So, don't be discouraged. Measure yourself, inches are important too.
