Ok did the birthday thing and even though my portions were smaller.. I still ended up with more calories that I needed. The ice cream cake killed it (small slice) and also the salmon burgers maybe?? I can't find most times my foods in the "find a food" area and end up kinda settling on something thats most close to it..
Need to get more disipline on it. I was doing so well and then the last few days..stressed and eating.. Get a Grip!!

STOP being so hard on yourself. don't tell yourself off all the time, or to get a grip. you know you have done so well, so today is a new day, make it a good one, a much better one then you had lately. relax & only eat food that you enjoy & is good for you. for me its colour: the more colours there are in my salad...the better. remember: we all got up & downs, but you are not on your own. Missing your witty letters :) Huggz Tina
