My favorite exercise is walking and swimming, riding a bike is in the top 5. Too cold to swim, no indoor pool anywhere close, and walking is an issue because of frequent foot ulcers. So I've been riding my exercise bike. Have only been able to ride for 10 to 15 minutes. I've been adding an extra minute or two every other day...today I pushed through...made it to 30 minutes. I got on the bike with the decision to push through, but after 10 I started coming up with excuses to get off at 15 and 20 minutes. But I did it!!! whoop whoop...and I walked casually for 30 minutes at Wal-Mart. I'm proud of myself!!
