Take a deep breathe. You CAN DO this. The control is yours. No hiding under a rock, no binging. Just breathe and take steps. The first step is to write down everything you eat. You keep posting because, deep down, you KNOW that you're worth it!!! Don't you dare give up on yourself, girl.. I agree 100% with Heather - tracking everything that you eat will be a HUGE step forward - definitely helps start to control those binges.. Stay on here, keep working, keep posting..
