II hope all are doing good I realized a lot about myself these past few weeks I am now coming to the end of my 7th week and I am feeling wonderful. I feel like I can do this for once in my life why? I think it’s because I finally stopped worrying about what I don’t have control over. I am living for the first time I just can’t stop shouting it out at the top of my lungs I AM ALIVE I AM ALIVE! I’m not just existing like I was for the past 13 years of my life. I choose to be happy no matter what size I am but because I love myself I choose to be healthy and love myself and in return my body is becoming what it should be as a healthy person. I don’t know if that makes any sense to anyone but in my head it makes perfect sense. I hope all of you have a blessed day!
