I woke up this morning feeling fine there is something special on my mind. I am successful! Today I woke up enjoyed a cup of black coffee as I looked outdoors at the blue sky and just rained on grass. My body feels stronger than it has in years and I just hit 3 months of keeping full F.S. calendars and journals. I am 18 pounds lighter then I was on January 1st, 2010! Nothing tastes better then success! TOWANDA
