I do better with my routines anyway. Today I can go easier on food, and have "dump soup" for dinner, which is what we call our cabbage soup. Wife finally got a good weigh in too, which is nice.
Legs are a bit sore from biking. Yesterday I got one of those "too much heat" headaches like I was dehydrated. It was not fun. I drank lots and lots of water, with electrolytes, so I am not sure why that happened. Last nights meals were fine, but I did pig out on a peanut butter and Nutella sandwich at around 7. I was famished again! I had a few hundred calories available, but I am not sure this fit the plan, lol.
Off to work!

PB and Nutella... yumm!! We also put PB with banana, apple butter, and of course whatever jellies we have. Good luck cracking the 'headache code' to try to avoid them in the future.

Wear a hat, your "Solar Panel" is getting over heated...I don't know if you wear a bicycle helmet, but they usually have lots of venting that will let the rays gecha...take care buddy! Later.
