221.2 today, new low fo sho!
I was telling my 17 year old daughter the other day, I think I am at the lightest I have been her whole life. It was interesting, although I cannot be 100% sure. It sucks. Anyway, that day is coming soon if it is not true. Once I hit one-derland, I will be 100% certain.
Yesterday was a decent day, we have the USS Enterprise in town, and their 5000 youngsters. So lunch is a busy scene for sure. So my normal food choices are harder to make. I had a club sandwich, and fries for lunch. Not too bad at around 800 calories. The club's here are tiny, mostly vegetables, and not greasy.
I took a late bike ride last night, at sunset. It was 99 degrees when I started, and 99 degrees when I finished. Brutal heat and humidity. So I was not too hungry at night, and simply had a protein shake and a banana. I cant really eat a big meal after a bike ride or workout, and I dont want to eat at 9-10PM, so its all good.
Supposed to be much cooler, but very windy the next few days. Dust storm central. I am having a problem riding late at night without glasses, and that is dust in my eyes. I need to get some clear sunglasses or goggles. I have so much gear now for biking its crazy, but I like to gear up. I have helmet, sweathead thing, gloves, ipod, android phone, HRM, camelbak. I need to figure out a way to keep it.
