I would like to report my weight loss but my scale is off from what my dietitians is but I but I really need help the last few days have been rough found out my 16 yr old granddaughter was date raped and now going to have a baby. I see the weight coming off since I saw her I have lost another 3# by my scale which is good. I have always been a stress eater and the night she called to talk to someone (no one knew yet) I wanted to eat and eat and eat. so I choose to eat about 5-7 pickle spears not the best but a least I did not eat things that would totally blow my diet. I am better but still fighting the desire to want to eat when I shouldn't and what I shouldn't. I have come way to far to stop now I am only under 20# to go to get to my goal. Any ideas how to stop the wanting of food PLEASE I need help!! ty in advance

My advice is to stay busy, give the craving something else to do long enough for it to leave your brain. Coming on here & writing about it always helps me.

I almost forgot, I also like to drink mint tea during a craving too

ty so much I have been trying to keep busy and telling my head to stop temping me I will win!! this battle but sometimes it sure is hard not to want to listen to my brain lol
