St. Patrick's Day, m-m-m-m good old corned beef and cabbage. Today I substituted asparagus for the cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. I am soon reaching my weight (177) when I lost those damn 20 pounds the last time. Continuing on this journal, food journal, exercises and the buddy system I see absolutely no reason why I cannot accomplish 20 more! So... Here is to my lighter future! P.S. I feel rather full today and assume it is the corned beef which is almost all fat that has kept me feeling satisfied this day. TOWANDA!!!

Someday I want to make my own corned beef. It takes a looong time, but I wonder if it tastes better than store bought. And of course you can do it, mom. You just gotta control sugar and stop letting it control you!

Lisa, it makes me sooooo happy that you and Brooke are both doing so well and that this site has helped you. I've been giving myself a good talking-to, with you and B as my inspiration to get back on the wagon and stop cheating all the time!
