Whew
I had a lot of beer last night. So I was thinking that was my indulgence day for the week, but I did not eat properly. So I dunno. I may still do one Friday to give my body the proper indulgence calories/nutrition. I lost weight last night somehow, but I feel it will come back once I drink some water.
I had a friend come through town on a ship, so I met up with him. He was only here a few hours, so the window of opportunity was short. I ended up "overdoing it". lol. Anyway, I needed a night out and nobody got hurt. Its been very stressful at work lately too. I also took the opportunity to party with a friend from Charleston, which was nice. So it all worked out, except this killer hangover today.
I just ate my cereal, but what I really want is a greasy breakfast.
Anyway, not much to say here, my brain is like eggs in a pan today.
