I walked alot today and it felt really good! My desire to binge and overeat seems to be dying down, but I still get really hungry at night. But, I now know that I have the rest of my life to see what works and doesnt work for my body. For instance, me and cheese dont go well together, I NEED to eat breakfast or I will get sick, I NEED to drink lots of water, I need to not overeat because it makes me physically sick and weak, depressed, my hair stops shining and my skin gets really bad.
