OMG! recently it has been hard for me to stick to my diet and workout routine, it really sucks because i had work too hard to get here and now im just not motivated like before! and the studying is getting harder and harder every day...i barely can find time to workout and when i do find time im not really giving my best and that sucks toooo!... beside all of these i want to get my goal weight by July... it wasn't a big deal at first but now it seems so freaking haaaaaaarrrdddd!!! :((( :(((

816 kkal Lemak: 31,02g | Prot: 32,76g | Karb: 106,41g.   Makan Pagi: Walnuts, Tomatoes, 2% Fat Milk, Feta Cheese, Indian Flatbread Naan. Makan Siang: Cooked Celery, Beef, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), White Rice, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Mixed Salad Greens. Makan Malam: salad. Camilan/Lainnya: Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Apples, Digestive Biscuit, Nut Naturals Energy Bar - Mixed Nuts. lagi...
2277 kkal Latihan: Senam (Ringan, Misalnya Latihan Di Rumah) - 1 jam, Pekerjaan Rumah Tangga - 30 menit, Istirahat - 14 jam dan 30 menit, Tidur - 8 jam. lagi...

DON't give up now!!!!!!!! You have done so well. OK, I was wondering if you were going to crash? ! At least you are recognizing that studying is a stress. Break it up, walk 10 minutes, then come back. Your weight loss will slow down, but you need to start eating a little more. It is impossible to keep up the 800 a day thing and it does slow your matobilism down. Hang in there, you have some soooo far! It is time to approach the diet as a slow jog instead of a sprint. You are all warmed up now, ready to run the marathon!!!! Hope you are well!
