today is another day I am really feeling better each day that passes. I am not worried so much about loseing weight any more as much as I am with just being happy in my own skin. I am learning to love myself and by doing that I just want to eat better and its so weird how I no longer want to eat junk food and when I do I pick one thing and eat it with no guilt. I am who I am I love my life with all its ups and downs I am looking at the big picture. and when I look at the big picture I see whats really there. I am a strong smart beautiful spirted person I have goals and dreams and I have three beautiful children. I do not need a mans approval of how I look to feel good about myself anymore I know that one day I will find the one that God has created for me and when I do I will be able to love him with all my heart because I will have already learned to LOVE MYSELF WITH ALL MY HEART FIRST!
