i can't do this. i can't stop snacking. the more i try to refrain the more sugar i stuff down my maw. i am completely addicted to sugar, and i have a completely mind-numbing job where i am so bored i eat and eat and eat. if i eliminated my snacks from my desk, i would buy shit from the machine, 10x worse. i got my weight down to close what it's been, and then boom, it's almost back up at the top. i haven't logged it in a while because i feel like shit when i go to type it.
i have no motivation to work out, i am so busy after work that when i get done with my stuff i am pooped and just crawl in bed. bluh.
