Good God, Work is such a food trigger for me! Yesterday was a must have chocolate moment...I did give in just a bit. Not so much as to totally off track myself, but crap...how does that happen in your brain?

It was as if someone seized my head and screamed over the top of all my good reinforcement to just eat the damn Chocolate!

I wonder if retirement will solve the problem or if I will just replace with something else?

I do have some control because I have been holding the line and I got right back on the bus...i think that is a better plan, don't completely give up if I derail for a day.....
