I don't post food pics here much, but this was fantastic. Based it off of a "turkey sweet potato taco hash" I found on some recipe blog. Such a killer dinner. I'm not paleo, but this is a paleo recipe, and easy to tweak if you follow any other odd diet.

I also love sweet potatoes but they are verboten on my low/no carb diet. They taste like dessert to me too.

Retta, you could use squash instead of sweet potatoes for low carb. :)
