I had a weekend of lots of drinks and carbs. I feel terrible. I haven't weighed this much in a very long time. I was slowly gaining since January but this is insane! So I am back on the wagon all the way starting today. The only hinderance to the atkins wagon will be that I am training to run a 5k. I want to have a banana pre-workout because I've read that runners need carbs. I have never been able to run and it's just something I want to do now. We'll see how this goes.
