Yikes! Even fatsecret just informed me that the weight loss was extremely rapid and that I would reach my goal in 3 weeks.I am not sure how I feel about that...kinda scary. Is this mormal? Last time I tried this weightloss I lost so much weight in a short time without doing much that friends asked me if I was sick.
Anyway, I plan to stick this out. My dietary changes are: Limited to no alcohol (daily vodka before)
Limited to no whites
Olive oil sparingly
No salt/sugar or sparingly
Increase vegetables tenfold and decrease meats...esp. red. Portion control
Water...no sodas sugary juices etc
6-7 meals
