OMG...I forgot how much weight I lost last year!!! Now, I am heavier than when I started. And although I didn't record it, I had actually lost even more than that. This is F'dup. Shit!!!

I cannot remember what weight I really started at, but according to this I had a high weight of 172, and according to some notes, the last time I weighed in I was 160.4. So, I actually made goal last year!!!! Well, that is over...new year. Same goal. I'm on this now...just seeing it in black and white gives me motivation.

So, starting today, September, 13: Current weight 183.4 (This weight has been fluctuating between this low and 186.4) Last year, the first time I actually took dieting seriously, I gave myself small motivational rewards when I reached mini goal weights. I mean like if I lost 5 pounds..then maybe 10 etc. I really believe that was a part of why I was able to lose the weight. So for this, I will say my starting weight is 184.5.

My 1st mini goal now will be when I reach 182 or below and maintain it for 3 days. Yeah, I'm back!
