I started "that time" yesterday, and had a slight lunch binge today. And then got invited to Panera Bread at 2 and wasn't going to get anything, but had a whole grain baguette, and a little bit of a Mediterranean Salad without much of the salmon, and I really wasn't hungry. Stupid. But worked out REALLY hard with weights at the gym. I'm not reweighing myself until my cycle is OVER!
