Eating animal protein definitely increases my joint inflammation, and I'm not feeling much better by eating mostly vegetables and nuts (LCHF), also, I've lost my appetite for animal protein, even fish which I used to love. So, I'm going to try eating mostly raw vegetarian and see if that does not help my joints. If this doesn't work, I'll try creating my own diet.
