Been an OK day today. Tried to make fathead pizza crust and failed miserably, not sure what I did wrong but it was an expensive waste of food, and it frustrated me immensely. Had 2 slices of old dominos my roommate left in the fridge so I'm over my carb count today. It doesn't take much to admit my frustration leads to carbs carbs carbs. Gonna take today's failure in stride and try to be more positive.

There will be times learning to cook healthy will be frustrating and it's something I need to learn to deal with without caving. Understanding you're faults is step one to fixing them. Tomorrow I'm going to limit myself to a 10% carb macro instead of 25%, to help my body recover from the poor choice of food today.

Hey Paige its ok. I know what you mean about frustrations but you'll be ok. It's just one day. Just take it as a cheat day. Your doing great and you'll be back on track soon! 🤣😅

Thanks, thats really nice to hear. Had an Atkins bar and 2 boiled eggs for breakfast so I think I've got things back under control! The support is very helpful, though. It can be hard some days to not be angry at myself for messing up. But today is just determination!
