Gonna fix my sleep schedule and start getting up bright and early. I'm a night owl now and I think its negatively affecting my weight loss. Happy to say my carb intake is down from 65% macro to 35% striving for 25% (my first goal). Still steady weight but I feel better, so thats a step forward.

Yes, I am facing the same issues & it is proven that you need 7 to 8 hours each night. Get some rest! I need to take my own advice. Lol

It's not lack of sleep, its just my schedule, I'm up until 6am and asleep until 2. It's no good.

Ha.. I too am a night owl. 3 to 4am bedtime, up around 11 or noon. I love the night hours, but waking during 'normal' daytime busy hours is creating some issues for me. Mostly negative self talk & self stress for 'wasting' time, finding it slows down my motivation and productivity. See if I can adjust getting to bed at 1am:)

I'm a night owl too, and it doesn't help that my boyfriend who I live with is also a night owl! We'll be watching a show on Netflix, and next thing we know it's 2-3 AM! Midnight is early for me to got to bed. It's also something I'm trying to fix.

I'm a night owl, but I love it - that's my ALONE time cuz everyone else is sleep :) I usually end up falling asleep between 12 - 2 AM then I'm up at 5:30 - 6:30 AM (even on weekends, but I usually go back to sleep for an hour or two on the weekends) I'm not trying to change a thing! I HATE to sleep so the 4 to 6 hours I get is plenty for me - I'll sleep when I'm dead...LOL

Yeah, issue is I have such a hard time getting up. I stay up until 4-6 AM and then sleep until 2-3 PM. It feel like a waste of the day, but I am miserable when I wake up @8 and go to bed @10 like normal people 😂
