Not a bad day, walked another 2.8 miles, for 100 extra calories burned. Ate more, however. Didn't go over my calorie limit or anything, just came 4 cals under. My limit is 1650 and I've been eating about 1300 a day, so it feels like a lot. Anyways still not losing staying steady at 191. Hopeful for progress in numbers soon, but until then I'll keep up what I'm doing 😊
