So I haven't had much success with keeping with the workout plan, I'll be honest. But I'm putting that behind me. Went on Craigslist today, found and bought a treadmill, and now I have NO excuse. Tomorrow, I plan to put on some jams and zone out. Also gonna try the "egg fast" thing, which I dont know much about, but I assume means eating only eggs.

So yeah. Taking initiative...👍

Cannot tell what way of eating (WOE) you're on, but trying the egg-fast just keep in mind that it's for breakfast (not every meal). If you're doing a protein-based, low-carb, high-fat (LCHF) WOE... include a "good" fat and up to a cup of a dark leafy green, keeps you "moving" and "losing". IMHO.

I'm on a nutritional diet. essentially meaning I follow as closely as possible the "ideal intake" of all the nutrition values. I do try to get less carbs and fats, and I mostly eat sugar free aside from occasional glass of juice or fruits. My thing is, I dont want to sacrifice nutrition in order to lose weight. Its still important to get the daily fiber, potassium, protien, and poly and mono unsaturated fats in your diet daily. I just eat healthy. No real "diet"...but its working! Also about the egg fast, you just eat once in the morning right? I'll try! But worst case if I'm hungry by nightfall I'll just eat one egg. Baby steps :)

Also bought some Isopure protein to see if I like it and tide myself over while fasting. I dont have a way to make drinks yet like a food processor or nutribullet, but soon!

I`ll be honest with you, when it comes to the workout, I`m absolutely useless. My other half is always angry at me that I spend the money and I never use the gym (in the UK you usually have annual gym contract- shorter are more expensive). And good luck with the eggs!!!

I'm not great at staying on a workout regimen either, but I'm trying! And thats what counts :)
