Today, the 6th, as I'm still awake...was a good day! Only ate ten carbs! Which is nuts because I've decided not to do the LCHF diet or keto or whatever it is called. I didnt log my food for the day until late at night and wasn't sure if I'd be over on my calories, but lo and behold! Only ate 1000 cals and 10 carbs. I've adapted quite well if I do say so myself.
I feel a little hungry, but not overwhelmingly so, so I'm going to sleep to lock that calorie count down for the day. Hope I ng for a good reading on the scale tomorrow but if not...well, that's okay too. 🤗
