Ah well blew it today, but then it's a holiday...Yeah like that should make a difference. We'll see what the scales say tomorrow.

the way I usually think of it is if I go over one day. I try to be under the next couple of days and at the end of the week it will even out. As long as you keep your weekly intake at the lvl you want you will lose the weight. at least this has worked for me.
