Exercise suppose to make me feel more active and energetic. But instead im feeling so tired and i even sleep more than before! I think there's problem in my program!
I have plans for losing more for rest of the week. And my new goal weight is 82 kg by march 20

I feel tired too after exercise.but after showering I relax infront of the tv or online so on that time I don't feel tired.if you sitting down without doing something you will fall asleep.we will get use to the tired when we will lose more weight.I still have 21kg to go.good luck.

If your new to exercise it can make you tired at first. If you doing too much too soon it make your fatigued also. Keep a balanced exercise program and slowly increase activity. You seem to be losing great though.

@ suzi161: im not new to workingout its about 2 months since i've started this journey and im not going so hard... But still don't know why im getting so tired after working out¡
