Got back on my regular eating pattern! Yesterday i made up my low calorie soups and my pickle/thin skinny turkey roll ups and plenty of carrots and celery. Its tough not to eat the food my in-laws (staying with us for 2 months) like but i have deadlines to meet so I'm buckling down! Lol how you've been good!

No! They don't like anything healthy at all! I tried to get them to try some of my soups and my egg white/chard/red pepper omelette this morning and they looked at it and said "um....no thank you" haha i cook one way for them and another for me. I do try to sneak a few things in without them knowing. My mother-in-law wanted me to put half of a sick of butter in a small pot of about two small potatoes....#thisismydiethell haha
