ab exercises:

Planks : get on the floor and balance yourself with your forearms and hands and your toes so your body is up in the air. Stay in that position for 30 seconds. Do a set of three.

crunches : squeeze your core as you come up. do 30. and do three sets.

leg raises : lay down place your hands underneath your bum and raise your legs up as high as you can toward your face. Do 30 reps, with 3 sets.

I feel it today!!!!!
