Okay, 4.2 lbs so far. I guess I can live with that if I rationalize that I'm still building muscle. Can't wait until I reach that point where the majority of the muscle building is done and the fat burning begins in earnest! At this pace, I'll never make my July goal.
No personal trainer this week. :( I had a seminar all day Monday and he's out of town until Sunday. We'll pick back up on Monday next. Hope to see some great weigh-ins starting next week!
