I first want to say THANK YOU ALL for your words of encouragement I have not been journaling for a few days since the problem in my personal life but Iam happy to report that I do feel a lot better I did dodge a live bullet and when I added up everything he was a zero! I have not talked to him I gave him his ring back and prayed to God for peace and joy and I have slept like a baby since! and I have lost 3 pounds because I worked out hard and ate right I did not give in to emotional eating this time and I feel like a new person I know I am worth more and I will continue to go forward this was just a stumbling block I had to get rid of and now I can move on to bigger and better things once again Thank you all believe it your words sank in me and I took everything in! Have a Blessed DAY!!!!!!
